  • Who I work With

Major life change? A break up? Are you experiencing anger or resentment? Is it difficult to express your feelings to others or set boundaries? Are unwanted thoughts taking over? Do you feel like you just need to be heard?

    Individuals

I work with teens, young adults and adults. I do not see individuals younger than 13 years old.

I see all types of people struggling with difficult thoughts, emotions, memories or sensations. These can hold you back from having the life you want full of meaningful relationships and experiences.

I see people who are anxious, have trouble expressing or experiencing emotions, feel angry or frustrated, or individuals who are unsure of the direction they are heading and need some help figuring out how to live a full and meaningful life.

  • Therapy

Therapy is about giving yourself the opportunity to live the life you’ve always imagined.

A short film about the reasons why it's normal and healthy to go to therapy,

written by Alain de Botton for the School of Life.

    Your Role:

    1. To be honest with yourself and transparent with me so that we can make meaning of your life's experiences.

    2. To speak up for yourself and ask me anything during your sessions. You are the expert on you.

    3. Remember that therapy can be challenging at times, but it helps to bring self awareness and growth.

    My Role:

    1. To provide you with a safe, trusting place to help you discuss and explore difficult emotions and challenges.

    2. To be transparent, nonjudgmental and encouraging.

    3. To not tell you what to do, but work with you to explore what you bring in the room and guide to you toward living a full and meaningful life.
