Who I Work With
I work with teens, young adults and adults. I do not see individuals younger than 15 years old.
I see all types of people struggling with difficult thoughts, emotions, memories or sensations. These can hold you back from having the life you want full of meaningful relationships and experiences.
I see people who are anxious, have trouble expressing or experiencing emotions, feel angry or frustrated, or individuals who are unsure of the direction they are heading and need some help figuring out how to live a full and meaningful life.
Issues of self esteem, opening up about emotions, communication, boundary setting and self talk are my specialites. I also work with survivors of narcissistic abuse or having a family member with narcissism. I also have a specialty in co-parent coaching.
